When a customer asks which size to order, enter their foot lengths here. The finder applies the same rules our atelier sizes by and gives you the size to order.

A recommendation, not a guarantee

The result is only as good as the measurements your customer sends. Pairs are made to order, so orders are final and sizes cannot be exchanged. Sizing is part of your own customer service; set your exchange policy with this in mind. Orders and returns

Measuring

How your customer measures

01 · Paper and wall

Barefoot, full weight on a sheet of paper, heel against a wall. Mark the tip of the longest toe.

02 · Both feet

Measure from the wall to the mark. Do both feet; they are often a few millimetres apart.

03 · Wide feet only

If the foot is wide, also measure straight across the two widest points at the front.

These steps and the tables below name no brand, so you can share them with your customers as they are.

Each size fits feet up to the length shown. Within 2 mm of that limit we go one size up, and when a size covers two US sizes, order the larger one. The finder does both for you.
