Boots and shoes pack in separate cartons — a boot carton takes only boots, a shoe carton only shoes. Checkout opens once every carton you've started is complete.

Because the shoe runs on a barefoot last, customers land a half size off their usual more often than not. Shops that stock a run of sizes let customers try on in store and sell through with almost no exchanges; a size that does not sell waits for the next customer rather than going back. Our size guide with foot measurements is yours to print, and the line sheet suggests a first size run for every carton.

Your logo, inside every pair.
Every carton is produced under your brand: your logo laser-engraved on the insole, free from the first pair, in a sturdy plain box that carries nothing of ours. Send your logo as a vector file or a high-resolution image, or go unbranded. A first order with a new logo takes 3–5 extra business days for proof approval.

What's the minimum order?
One full carton: 6 boots or 10 shoes. Models, leathers and sizes can be mixed within a carton, and carton pricing applies automatically. Shoes and boots cannot share a carton.
Can I change a size after I've paid?
No — once payment is received, your order enters production exactly as submitted. Please double-check every size line before you check out. Each pair is cut and hand-stitched to order, so changes afterwards aren't possible.
How do I pay?
Secure card payment via Stripe at checkout. Partners who reorder monthly can pay by bank transfer when the carton is placed; production starts once payment clears. For 60-day terms, see ordering through Faire.
Do you offer net terms?
Yes, through Faire. Eligible retailers can order our unbranded catalog on Faire with 60-day payment terms. Orders placed on this site, including every logo order, are paid at checkout. Order through Faire
What about defects?
Report a defect, a shortage, a wrong size or model sent, or transit damage within 14 days of delivery, with photos. We decide within 2 business days and remake free of charge. The full rule

Prefer 60-day payment terms?
Eligible retailers can order our unbranded catalog through Faire, the wholesale marketplace, and pay in 60 days. Faire's own terms apply to orders placed there. Logo orders and carton pricing stay here, on edeshoes.com.
