"Ede", "we" and "us" mean EDE GIFT LLC, a Wyoming (USA) limited liability company, operating edeshoes.com. Footwear is produced in our partner atelier in Gaziantep, Türkiye — a third-generation family workshop making leather footwear since 1950. "You" means the partner — a dropshipping or wholesale business buying for resale. "Your customer" means the end buyer you sell to.

Partner pricing, ordering and media assets are available to approved partners only. Apply through the partnership form; we review every application manually and reply within one business day. We may decline or end a partnership where resale practices damage the brand — counterfeiting, misleading claims, or marketplace policy violations.

Dropship orders are placed per pair through the site, with your customer's shipping address at checkout. Wholesale orders are placed by the carton — 10 or 24 pairs per carton for shoes, 6 or 12 for boots. All orders are confirmed by email. Sizes run women's US 3.5–14.5 (EU 34–45) and men's US 7–16.5 (EU 39–50); orders are placed in US sizing.

Payment is due at order placement through the payment methods offered at checkout. Wholesale orders are confirmed for production once payment clears. We do not offer credit terms at this stage of the partnership.

We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to the United States, Europe and Canada — duties and import taxes are included; neither you nor your customer pays anything at the door. Dropship parcels ship directly to your customer in unbranded or white-label packaging, and tracking lands in your inbox. For other regions, apply through the partnership form and we will quote shipping individually.

Every pair is made to order. Current lead times are published on the Shipping & Lead Times page and on each product page. Lead times are estimates, not guarantees; where a delay exceeds the published estimate materially, we notify you and you may cancel the affected order for a full refund.

Approved partners can order single pairs at sample pricing to evaluate quality, fit and finish before committing to cartons. Sample orders ship DDP like any other order.

Under the dropship program you list our products on your channels, sell at your own retail price, and place each order with your customer's address. We produce, pack and ship directly to your customer. You are the merchant of record for your customer; we are your supplier. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings and for your own customer service, using the product information and media we provide.

Wholesale partners buy by the carton at carton pricing and hold their own inventory. Private-label and OEM production — your logo laser-printed inside every pair, white-label boxes — is available; contact us with volumes for a quote.

Every pair is handmade to order from natural leather. Minor variations in color, grain, and texture are characteristics of genuine leather and of handcraft — not defects. Leather develops a patina with wear; this is intended. Genuine manufacturing defects are remade or refunded — contact us with photos within 14 days of delivery.

Approved partners receive a media kit — clean-background packshots and production video without Ede branding — licensed for listing and marketing our products only. Lifestyle photography, model imagery and production stills remain Ede property and are not licensed for partner use. The license ends with the partnership. "Ede" and associated marks remain our property; partners may state they carry Ede products but may not register or imitate our marks.

12.1 — Partner pricing. All partner prices are fixed per product family and published on each product page. Wholesale (carton) pricing applies from one full carton — 6 boots or 10 shoes. Dropship pricing applies to single-pair orders shipped directly to your customer.

12.2 — RRP is a recommendation, not a floor. The recommended retail price (RRP) reflects the positioning we maintain across our own channels. You are free to set your own retail price. We do not enforce minimum advertised pricing.

12.3 — Currency and validity. All prices are in USD. Price changes are announced to active partners at least 30 days in advance and never apply to orders already confirmed.

Our liability on any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for your lost profits, your platform account standing, or claims arising from your own listings and representations to your customers.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Disputes are first addressed in good faith between the parties. We update these terms as the program evolves; the version published on this page applies to new orders from its publication date.
