From order to door.
Is there a minimum order?
No. One pair is an order. A carton of ten pairs of shoes or six pairs of boots takes $10 off every pair, automatically at checkout.
How long does an order take?
A single pair is made in 5 business days, a carton in 15. Transit then takes 3–5 days to the EU, the UK and Norway, and 5–7 days to the US and Canada, tracked door to door.
Who pays customs and import fees?
For the US and Canada, we do: nothing is due at the door. For the EU, the UK and Norway, shipping is free and the courier collects import VAT on delivery, unless you enter your EU IOSS number at checkout. All zones and fees
Are samples free?
Yes. Order any pair at its page price, as many as you like. Every 10 pairs of shoes in your later carton orders refunds one shoe sample, every 6 pairs of boots one boot sample, with no time limit. The full rule
Can I change an order after placing it?
No. Once payment clears, every pair is cut to your order, so it cannot be changed, cancelled or returned. Please check every size line before checkout. Production defects are always remade free.
Your logo, never ours.
Can I sell the shoes under my own brand?
Yes. Upload your logo on the product page and we laser-engrave it on the insole, free from the first pair. Nothing on the shoe, the insole or the box names Ede. You can also sell fully unbranded. The Ede name itself is not licensed to partners.
Can the box carry my logo?
Yes. From your first order, for a one-time $100 setup. Once you reach 300 pairs a month, boxes printed with your logo are free. Private label details
Measured, not guessed.
How should my customers choose their size?
By foot length, not by their usual sneaker size. Enter their measurements in our Size Finder, or share its measuring steps with them before checkout.
What if my customer ordered the wrong size?
Sizing and exchanges are part of your own customer service. Every pair is made to order, so a new size is a new order. Footwear typically sees 5–10% exchange requests; allow for it in your pricing.
What it is made of.
Are the shoes really handmade?
Yes. Every pair is cut and hand-stitched to order in our workshop in Gaziantep, Türkiye, run by the same family since 1950. The ten stages
What are the soles made of?
Buffalo leather with a hot-pressed traction pattern. No rubber layer: the leather is in direct contact with the ground.
What is the copper rivet?
A solid copper rivet set into the sole at the K1 point, keeping a conductive path between the foot and the ground. Every model carries it except our Chelsea and chukka boots. More on the rivet
How should the leather be cared for?
A soft brush, occasional conditioning and rest between wears. Care by leather type, ready to share with your customers, is on our Leather Care page.
