A women's slip-on loafer in ashen grey nubuck, hand-lasted on a wide barefoot last. The nubuck is a brushed calfskin — matte, soft to the touch, and it takes wear as patina rather than damage. Ashen sits between warm grey and taupe, which is why it moves alongside both black and tan in a mixed carton rather than competing with either.
This is one of the two or three models that carry a barefoot range, because it is the easiest sale: no laces, no break-in argument, and it reads as an ordinary shoe to a customer who is not yet convinced by the category.

Ashen Grey Nubuck Slip-On
Made by hand in a family workshop in Gaziantep, Türkiye, from brushed nubuck calfskin and a hand-stitched buffalo leather sole. No heel lift, a toe box shaped like a foot rather than a shoe, and a sole thin enough to feel the ground under you.

Because every pair is cut for the order, small variations in grain and colour are part of what you receive. No two hides are identical, and the leather softens to your foot over the first week.

- Stand on paper with full weight and trace the foot, pencil upright at 90°.
- Measure the straight heel-to-longest-toe distance — never a diagonal.
- Measure both feet, use the larger one, then find it below.
